For the balance of the year, I think land values are going to stay high. There’s just no supply in the pipeline coming in to the market, and because of that, we’re really going to see land values continue to grow.

Yields are going to go up in the future even more than what they already have, particularly for properties worth more than a million dollars.

These tend to be properties that are leveraged; and with current interest rates and where they are, I just can’t see them going backwards again anytime soon.
