We believe rents will continue to remain strong, but we believe the increases will tend to moderate from the significant jump in levels experienced in the past 6 to 12 months.

We have seen yields increase in response to the increases in the cash rate, but we believe this will level out as interest rates also moderate if as forecast, inflation gets back towards the RBA’s target rate in the next 12 months.
