With Industrial property there is always something to do. As sales thin out with reduced demand and stock, activity will continue to pump along on the leasing front.

With the current heat in the leasing market, and the inflationary environment we are in and headed toward, we wont be surprised if this transitions in the short to medium term to sub lease/assignment stock as balance sheets come under pressure. We expect the next 12 months to continue to be very busy.
