Campaign

To find the ideal site for Stratco to locate in Pakenham. Requirements included Mixed Use zoning, site size, central location and exposure.

We received requirements from Stratco, from which we put together a list of suitable properties including the site at 222 Princes Highway. The property was ideal for its modern design, rear loading bay, Mixed Use zoning and highway frontage in Pakenham’s home retail precinct.

Outcome

Matthew Herrett from Link referred Stratco to Facey Industrial Commercial, who were able to use their local knowledge and experience in Melbourne’s South East to find the ideal site for Stratco’s Pakenham store.
