Link Property Services had worked closely over 10 + years with the now Group Property and Procurement Manager for Datacom and were pleased to refer them to FAL Property to assist with their Queensland acquisition. FAL Property Group worked closely with their Queensland team over several months to identify and inspect many suitable properties. The requirement was originally for 1500sqm; however with the help of clever racking strategies the 836sqm facility at 35 Depot Street was a match and made it a real option. The property was also attractive because of its freestanding nature, layout, design and security.

Outcome

Datacom followed Link Property Services’ recommendation to get help from FAL Property Group, the Qld ICP Partner, with their search for suitable premises and found the service to meet their expectations. The outcome was that they took a 5 year lease with the landlord, and saved on costs by reducing the size of the property required.
